EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item to us for store credits which  comes with an one-month validity period. (in the form of discount code) Returns must be done within 7 days of receipt/from the date of delivery to outlets together with a Returns slip printout (requested via email at ask@sod.com.sg), un-used with tags on, in original packaging.

Items can also be dropped off at our retail store. Kindly send an email request to our customer service, and await an acknowledgement email before the drop off
, which can be made at the following location:

 

  • 809 French Road, Kitchener Complex #02-57 Singapore 200809 [Opening Hours: Daily, 10am-9pm]

 

Sale and discounted items (including items purchased using discount codes) are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Do note that our retail store serves as a drop off for exchange only. Exchange for items at the retail store will not be applicable for online purchases.

 

Store credits will be issued in the form of a coupon code , which can be used to offset online purchase of products only and are not applicable on postage/courier fees.

Store credits are to be utilised in a single transaction only (fully utilised in one order) and any balance credit amount that is not utilised will not be refunded back to you in cash or credits.

 

Kindly note that items purchased with the usage of store credits will not be eligible for further returns/exchanges.
 

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS / INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED

 

We apologize if we have sent you a wrong/defective item. Kindly contact our return department at ask@sod.com.sg about this issue and we will reply you within 1-3 working days.

 

  • All parcels must be sent to Standard of Dressing within 5 working days of receipt (Singapore).

 

  • For international returns, it must be sent back within 2 working days (proof of tracking number must be emailed to ask@sod.com.sg.

 

  • It should reach Standard of Dressing retail store no longer than 15 days.

 

  • Please take snapshot of the defective area and submit your return requests via email at ask@sod.com.sg.

 

  • We advise that all items are handwashed and NOT soaked. We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (color runs, size shrinks..etc) after washed or soaked, and if this happens, Standard of Dressing will not be responsible and no return request due to this reason will be entertained.

 

  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*.

 

  • A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have ran out of stock for exchanges.

 

  • we do not provide cash unless the exact item is out of stock and we will provide you a credit note in which you may refundPlease take note that utilise it to purchase other available items. 

 

  • Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

 

  • There may be a 0.5 - 0.8 inch difference in our given measurements. Please allow 20% discrepancy in the product color due to lighting. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.

 

  • For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.

 

Standard of Dressing provides exchanges/returns for all items except Sale and discounted items (including items purchased using discount codes), accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items. All exchanges/returns will be processed and dealt with by the Returns Team and they will only be handled via mail at ask@sod.com.sg.
